President Khaled
Abughazaleh, B.D.S., D.M.D. Dr Abughazaleh received
his Bachelor in Dental Surgery from the University of Jordan in 1992 and then received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from
the University of Pennsylvania in 1995, after which he received his specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at
the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1999. He is certified by the American boards of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and
Dental Anesthesiology.
Upon completion of his training, he joined the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
at the University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Dentistry as a full time Clinical Assistant Professor, with limited private
practice. He has also lectured extensively, both nationally and internationally.
Dr. Abughazaleh is a fellow
of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, a member of the Illinois Society of Oral and Maxillofacial
Surgeons, the Chicago Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is former president of the Illinois Society of Dental
Anesthesiology. At the present time he is in private practice, and travels to provide volunteer surgical care.

Treasurer Sahar Alrayyes, D.D.S., M.S. Dr. Sahar Alrayyes earned her bachelors' degree in Biology from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.
She is also a graduate of the Northwestern University Dental School, where she earned her Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery.
She then completed a Pediatric Dentistry residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago. During her education at the University
of Illinois, Dr. Alrayyes was Chief Resident and the Illinois Society of Pediatric Dentistry Student Representative. During
her residency she also earned her Master's degree in Oral Science. Currently she is a full time assistant professor and
the Predoctoral Clinic Director at the University of Illinois, Department of Pediatric Dentistry, in addition to limited private
practice. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric
dentistry. She is also a member and a board director of the Illinois Society of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Alrayyes
also travels to provide volunteer pediatric dental care to children in underprivileged countries, and has lectured nationally
and internationally.

Secretary: Bilal Saib, DDS Dr. Bilal Saib earned
his bachelors' degree in Biology from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is also a graduate of the University
of North Carolina School of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery. He then completed two
hospital based Dental residencies; one at Mentefiore Medical center and the other at St. Francis Hospital and Medical
Center. During his education at St. Feancis Hospital, he was Chief Resident and earned the annual Outstanding
Resident Award. He then completed a Prosthodontics teaching Fellowship the the University of North Carolina School
of Dentistry. Currently he is a full time private Practice in Chapel Hill, NC and is Adjunct Faculty at the University
of North Carolina Dept of Dignostic Sciences. Dr. Saib travels to provide
volunteer dental care to children in underprivileged countries, and has lectured nationally and internationally.

President Elect Moanad Aker, DDS,
MS Dr.
Aker received his first dental training from the University of Damascus 1996, he later joined the Red Cross/Crescent Society
in Palestine and became one of their chief Dental surgeons. He continued his Postgraduate studies at the University College of London where
he was awarded his MS in Orthodontics, his clinical training as an Honorary Registrar in Orthodontics was at the Eastman Dental
Hospital in London which extended for three years until late 2002. On coming back to Palestine he established his Orthodontic practice in Ramallah
and later was asked to help in establishing the Dental School of Alquds University during its early years. He took on the
establishment of the Orthodontic Department at Alquds University in 2003 and is currently head of that department.
